Today I met with Mary Chapa (www.elizaOneinc.com her link is also under my Support Services on this site) to discuss the book.  We talked about marketing (she is an expert in the field), target market, next steps and how we can work together. She is the one who can actually help with many of these tasks addressed in the book through her business (locally). This is a great fit for us to discover ways of how we can “partner” to help more people in need. It occurred to me while I was there that this truly is what I was meant to do. A form of it has always been in the back of my head (I always wanted to help) but I could never figure out exactly what it was until I faced my parents’ deaths. As Mary and I talked about today, I told her it felt like my parents gave me life twice. Peace…

If you would like to download a few pdfs for your records, I have posted a generic form letter that can be sent to creditors and payees for cancelling or changing household accounts. I have also attached a list of typical accounts that should be changed or canceled after a death. Also, there is the pdf that can be used to notify the three credit reporting agencies. These letters are included in the book (in the back pocket), but I want to use as little paper as possible and will offer both hard copies and e-files for those who do not want paper.
