There is a very special place in my heart and mind for any entity that seeks to nurture personal growth, health, recovery and potential. I have been using self help books and tools since I was 18 (uh, that is closing in on three decades!) and I am thrilled to have had the book reviewed in such a publication. OnlineOrganizing.com is any organizer’s (or wannabe organizer’s) dream site that provides “A World of Organizing Solutions…” Organizational sites are a great resource for searching for help in so many facets in life. I keep sites like these in my Favorites tab. I am delighted to report they accepted my book as one of their many tools. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the average number of deaths per day from 1990 to 2007 in the US (data for 2007 is preliminary) is 6,411. Approximately 6,411 people die in this country every day. I had to let that number sink in to my brain. When I think of the number of survivors affected by those deaths, it boggles the mind. My mom had six immediate survivors (her husband and five kids). That does not account for best friends and siblings, who can definitely be defined as survivors of her death. I think of all these people who are struggling with the issues my dad and I faced, I want to help each and every one of them…Peace
