It is of paramount importance that employers encourage and support their employees during the grieving process. It is a sign of a great employer that they would offer such a practical and useful tool to their employees.

There is such a book. It is called “Putting Things in Order – A Journal to Organize Your Life for the Next Generation” written by Ellen Baumritter & David Finkle. You can find it on Amazon. My book could be used as a planning tool as well. Thank you for your comment.

What would (also) be really helpful is a book to help people be ready to die. Sorry if this is a morbid idea, but, just honestly, I don’t want to leave trouble in the wake of my death. I would like to have “all my affairs in order” so that it is very easy and “un-timeconsuming” for my loved ones to execute closure on my life and dealings, whenever that moment may come. I would also like to help my parents be ready for death, though hopefully many years away. However, given my interest, I still don’t know what that means or how to do it. What do I have to do to be ready to die? See an estate lawyer? I’m only 44. I don’t have much of an estate, but I do have accounts, a house, a car, stuff, insurance, etc. How do I make my death easy on (and even profitable to) my survivors??
